    Kira Hurley is a Canadian professional ice hockey player for the Evansville IceMen of the All American Hockey League. Hurley was born in Toronto, Ontario. Kira is credited with being the first female goalie ever to register a point in a men’s professional game.

    Kira became the first female goalie ever to register a point in a men’s professional game when she assisted on a goal on February 14, 2009 against the Chi-Town Shooters. Because of this achievement, Kira is listed in the Hockey Hall of Fame in Toronto, Ontario, Canada: her goalie stick and game sweater is on permanent display in the minor league section of the Hall.
